What are the PROPEL and Level Up Programs?

Launched in 2017, Loudoun County Public Schools offers experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) designed to provide academic support for high-achieving, underrepresented students. The programs give students additional time to develop the critical skills needed to close the “opportunity gap.”
