Altering Materials
Reflecting on your answers from discussion post 2.1, alter the OER you chose to work on in a way that you think will help you teach the material. This can be anything from updating examples to make them more relevant, breaking down the OER into more digestible segments, adding or changing hyperlinks, text or images to improve the students learning experience, or adding materials that you think will make the resource and course stronger.
Save the updated resource you altered in your preferred format (Word, PDF, PowerPoint, etc.) and upload it to the Blackboard site in the “Revised OER” assignment at the bottom of the Week 2 Module. The idea here is you will share the altered OER with us in the same format you would share it with your students.
Finally, write a paragraph explaining the changes you made and why.

Additional Discipline Based OERs
Look through the resources on the previous slide and identify at least one more OER you may find useful for the course you’re teaching in Spring I or a course you may teach another semester. Focus on how you would alter that resource to best meet the needs of your classroom.
You are NOT required to alter a second OER.
Please comment on at least one of the posts of your colleagues.
