We are meeting on, and ride through on the lands of the Ngunnawal, the Ngambri and the Ngarigu people of the Canberra region, and 'we acknowledge these Traditional Custodians of the Land. We also pay respect to Elders, past, present and emerging, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who are present today'.

The first few weeks of a crit season

Condition of down grading is that you’re not to win the grade below you
You should not be animating the race or contesting the final

Code of conduct

In becoming a member you agreed to: �“observe and comply with all oral and written instructions issued by the officials of my club”
You declared that you do not, and will not take performance-enhancing substances that are listed by Sport Integrity Australia (SIA)
No harassment, no threatening behaviour, before, during or after races
Your registration fee includes a level of limited accident insurance cover; details can be viewed on the AVCC webpage.

October ‘reduced’ price of $99, Hello Club portal will open this weekend
Trial ride, one-off https://capitalregionmasterscyclingclub.org.au/membership/
All of these modes of joining require a manual record transfer from one database to another, therefore it takes time
Please do not renew your membership just hours before the race cut off

Race registration, deadline Tues 12:50pm

All online, guarantees that you are a financial member
Crit race registration cut-off is now 12:50pm for 5:50pm

Allows for manual processing of records during my lunch hour
If you are PAYG, we can always move your entry to another day

If you have purchased the race pass, you will be automatically entered to the whole crit series

You do not need to notify us of a DNS
Exception might be for crit championships on Tues 18 Feb 2025, all ages, F, M

Your role as a racer – to make our job easier to run the race

Renew your membership way before race day
Register before the deadline
Wear your race number on jersey
Remove your rusty pins, consider other safer alternatives
Attend the race briefing and don’t talk during it (out of respect)
Check all of your equipment
Race fairly and exemplify great and role model-like sportsmanship
Nurture other riders around you who might be intimidated
Pass other grades safely with plenty of room for the clearance of your tail rider
Check on the health of those in an accident and protect the fallen
Alert others to the presence of hazards, incl inside line, outside
Go through the chute (out of respect to other’s places)
