Tournament Organizers should be connected to a community of players looking for competitive opportunities!
Previous experience hosting tournaments is highly preferred. Applicants should be prepared to provide links to previous tournaments hosted.
Tournament Organizers in the program must be professional and respectful to everyone involved in their event, including players and Community Gaming staff.

If you haven’t already, make sure you have access to the Organizer Dashboard. You can apply for access at bit.ly/CG-OrganizerApp
Thoroughly review the grant guidelines to ensure you understand the expectations and timeline for the grant program: bit.ly/CG-GrantFAQ
Have as much information about your tournament as possible before you apply! At minimum, we need to know the date of your tournament, game you’re hosting in, and estimated participant count.
Submit your grant application under the region you are based in by heading to bit.ly/CG-GrantApp. A staff member will contact you within two weeks of submitting your application.

GRANT TIMELINE
2-6 Weeks Before Tournament
Prepare tournament information and submit your grant application.
Applications may take up to two weeks to process.
Tournaments must begin within 45 days of grant approval, unless otherwise stated by a Community Gaming staff member.
Your grant funds will be sent the week of your tournament. USD grants are sent via PayPal. Crypto grants are donated directly to the tournament page.
A post-event form must be submitted within seven days of tournament completion. Failure to do so may result in delays for future grant applications.
