  • How does your learning environment promote curiosity and creativity amongst learners? How is this evidenced?
  • How do you ensure your learning environment is inclusive for all learners?
  • How do you ensure the learners are involved in the whole learning process and pupil interests followed?
  • How do you ensure all learners are supported and challenged within your environment?

  • Once your team has completed self- evaluations the data will be collated with a breakdown of the mean and standard deviation for the team.
