The idea - QVote for private companies

Making better decisions with quadratic voting

Ability to express your degree of preference

Verifiable results

QVote at its core is a platform for businesses to make better decisions. The need to make decisions permeates all organizations, and there are few innovative, powerful tools for this. By using QVote companies can make sure the voice of their employees is heard, and understood. What enables this nuanced understanding of people’s preferences is quadratic voting. This allows everyone to distribute credits across their preferred options, with the ability to express their degree of preference for those options. Privacy is also a core feature of our product: this is why we are working on integrating homomorphic encryption in oru platform. This would enable us to tally the votes without having to decrypt them: they would remain secret even from ourselves. The encrypted results would then be posted on Algorand mainnet, making them verifiable and immutable for the years to come. To capture even from each decision held on QVote, we also introduced qualitative feedback options, for voters to express themselves freely and we are adding natural language processing and sentiment analysis on these responses.
