  • When enabling in-app popups, you will see new message alerts in OperaDDS when you are not looking at the Chat screen. The popup will display for 15 seconds.

    • Note: Use of the pop-up notifier is not required.
    • Requires TLS 1.2 enabled on your PC

  • The user logged into the notifier is displayed on the top right
  • X over the icon indicates the feature is disabled
  • Using the pop-up notifier to log in/out each day is recommended

  • Give each user a unique sound and color
  • A sound is played when a message is received so you are able to identify who has sent it to you. Pro tip: Set all Hygiene to the same sound to differentiate between hygiene checks and front office messages.

  • The green circle tells you when a user is online. After 30 minutes of inactivity a time will be displayed which counts upward to 1 hour in 5 minute increments. After 1 hour, the green circle disappears to show that this team member is offline
