« La rétroaction se définit comme une information que l’enseignant fournit à l’étudiant à propos de la réalisation des tâches d’apprentissage. Cette rétroaction peut être réalisée dans un contexte formel ou informel ainsi qu’à différents moments du processus d’apprentissage. La rétroaction devient un soutien à l’apprentissage et permet à l’étudiant de progresser ou d’aller de l’avant (feedforward), lorsqu’elle :�
