How to Form An ESHIP Goal Project Team

1. Form a team of collaborators who want to work on a project related to one of the ESHIP Goals. Project Teams must be focused on the ESHIP Goals.�
2. Complete a Project Canvas** (see following slides) and submit it to eshipgoals@gmail.com. That will be uploaded to the ESHIP Goals Community Dashboard so it is visible to the community. Be open to sharing information with each other to increase visibility across initiatives. Review and update the canvas as the project progresses and resubmit as needed.�**To copy this template, under the File menu, click “Make A Copy” and save to your own drive.**�
3. Designate a main point of contact for the project (include this on your project canvas).�
4. Designate a representative to attend the monthly Goal Meetup(s) related to your project and share your latest developments. See the full Meetup schedule here.
