Go to My Apps Dashboard in ctcLink

Click on Password Settings

Click on the green button (top right) Edit Profile

If this button is missing, you are already in edit mode and can go to the next step

Update your Personal Information by clicking on Edit

Verify that your primary email is your Edmonds College email address (@edmonds.edu)

Replace any email that has:

  • @edcc.edu
  • @edcc.ctc.edu
  • @email.edcc.edu

Update Security Methods

  • Set up or Verify that your phone number is correct
  • Set up your security question

You must verify yourself before setting up your phone.

Select Email or Password to verify with a security method.

In this example, Email was selected

Select Send me an email

  1. Check your email and click the verification link sent to you to continue

  • Click on Enter a verification code instead

Once verified, click on Set Up

Enter your cell phone number then click on Receive a code via SMS

You are now set up to authenticate with SMS ✔

Choose a security question from the dropdown box and provide an answer.

OR

Write your own question and provide an answer.
