This guide will show you how to adjust your authentication settings in ctcLink.

Go to My Apps Dashboard in ctcLink

Click on Password Settings

Click on the green button (top right) Edit Profile

If this button is missing, you are already in edit mode and can go to the next step
Update your Personal Information by clicking on Edit

Verify that your primary email is your Edmonds College email address (@edmonds.edu)
Replace any email that has:
Click on Save

Update Security Methods

Phone Set Up - Step 1

You must verify yourself before setting up your phone.
Select Email or Password to verify with a security method.
In this example, Email was selected

Once verified, click on Set Up

Enter your cell phone number then click on Receive a code via SMS

Enter the code you receive

Click on Receive a code via SMS to verify.
You are now set up to authenticate with SMS ✔
Security Question Set Up - Step 1

Click on Set Up
Security Question Set Up - Step 2

Choose a security question from the dropdown box and provide an answer.
OR
Write your own question and provide an answer.
You are now set up to authenticate with a security question ✔
