HOW TO STAY ACTIVE WHILE WORKING IN OFFICE
SLEEP WELL IN THE NIGHT
WASH YOUR FACE WITH COLD WATER�
AVOID TOO MUCH COFFEE OR TEA�
No doubt coffee or teas can take kick start your day, but only for little time. Too much caffeine can cause dehydration , but we have to keep ourselves hydrate. So instead of coffee or tea have low or no calorie fluids, for example water, herbal green tea. Such type of fluids helps your circulatory system and gets your blood flowing.
ALWAYS TAKE REGULAR AND SHORT BREAKS
After working for one hour or one and a half hour take a 5 to 10 minute break. This will make you more productive. During break take a little walk, a walk can help bring blood flow to your muscles and wake them up. Try to get fresh air.
WORKPLACE SHOULD BE NEAT AND CLEAN
TAKE A POWER NAP
After having your lunch just take a nap for 15 to 20 minutes and afterwards splash your face with cold water.
ALWAYS KEEP ALONGSIDE YOUR SEAT SOME HEALTHY SNACKS
Just have some little healthy snacks before lunch and in the evening, for instance before lunch around 11:30 you can take seasonal fruit or in the evening you can take seeds , dry fruits, or healthy cookies along with tea.
HAVE PLANTS IN YOUR OFFICE
Plants helps to reduce stress, increase productivity, plants clean the air and they can boost creativity.
