I only use PayPal. All of my prices are in USD (United States Dollar). I only work with adults (individuals 18 years or older).

​

Payment is upfront for all commission types. After filling out my commission form, I will send you an invoice. If the invoice is not answered within a week, your commission will be dropped. You’re welcome to contact me again for a commission if that happens.

​

Refunds may be issued in the event that either of us decide to no longer do business for whatever reason, be they disclosed or not. If the commission has already been started on, I will refund you depending on how much work had already been put into it and you will receive what’s been completed. Refunds are not available for completed work.

If you’re interested in commissioning me, please direct yourself to my commission form located on the final slide of this document. Please do not email me with your commission request. Please be able to communicate in English, as English is my only language. Once the commission is complete, I will send you the files via email.

All commissions (except icons, badges, and merch sponsorships) are drawn on a 8 ½” x 11” canvas.

Commission Process Steps

​

1. You fill out the commission form
2. I receive the commission form and send you the PayPal invoice
3. You pay the invoice
4. I work on your commission to completion, with appropriate check-ins, and email the commission file to you.

​

Please do not ask about your commission progress during my streams. I am unable to properly give you an answer and may even completely miss your message as I am chatting with and entertaining at least 15-30 people at once. Please email or DM me on Discord if you have any questions.

Minor Edits

• changes to hands/feet
• facial expressions
• addition of small accessories (ie. jewelry)
• small simple markings/wounds
• “Make it bigger.”

Major Edits

• changes of position of limbs and/or torso
• adding new clothing
• significant changes to markings

As a client, you have the right to…

• Print out the commission for your personal use ONLY
• Use the commission as a wallpaper
• Use any portion of the received work as an avatar, badge, web banner/signature, etc.
• Post it to a gallery, as long as proper credit is posted

However, you may not…

• Sell the artwork in any shape or form (physically or digitally)
• Claim that the work is your own
• Edit the image without my permission
• Use any part of the commission as an NFT (Non-fungible token) or feed the commission into generative AI (I will pursue legal action if this is violated and the offending client will relinquish all funds received to me)

As the Artist, I have the right to…

• Use the image in any artbooks, portfolios, or advertisements.
• Use the image to sell as prints in my online store or at conventions.
• In the case of physical art, if you decide not to purchase the original, I can sell it.
• In the case of refunded commissions, I have the right to reuse the work for a personal piece or as a YCH commission.

If you are interested in purchasing the rights to the commission to use for distribution (ex. book covers), the commission will cost 300% more than the original pricing.

Commissions have a maximum of one large edit or two small edits before I have to start charging for edits. I will usually charge $5, but it may change depending on how drastic the edit is.

This is largely on a case-by-case basis depending on how egregious the violation is, but clients found violating my Terms of Service will be permanently blacklisted.

• Bust: The character from the shoulders up
• Waist-Up: The character from the waist-up
• Full Body: The character’s entire body
• Simple Background: A background consisting of either a single color, a gradient, patterns, or shapes. All commissions have simple backgrounds by default.
• Detailed Background: A full environment for the character(s) to exist in (ie. bar scene, castle, etc).

Will Not Draw

• Scat/Dirty diapers/Vomit
• Zoophilia/Bestiality/Feral sex
• Underage characters in sexual situations
• Hyper muscles
• Political references
• Nazis or Nazi-like symbolism/uniforms
• Nooses/hanging or references to suicide
• Sacrilegious, sexist, racist, homophobic/transphobic imagery
• Imagery defacing someone else’s reputation

Adult art? Yes, I can do that.

However, it will be credited under “Axelspike” instead to separate my adult art from my other work.

I definitely allow commissioners to buy images with my characters included. I do allow commissions of adult nature involving my characters, but some are untouchable in that aspect (specifically my underage characters). Feel free to ask if you’re unsure.

Vehicles and large weapons (similar or larger in scale to the character) count as an additional character.

Additional Fully Shaded Examples

Wing-It Commissions - $60

Wing-It Commissions are a good choice if you don’t mind giving me freedom in exchange for a lower commission price. These are Fully Shaded, Full Body commissions of a single character with a simple background and do not allow for direction outside of giving me a song or a few words to draw inspiration from. I also do not do progress check-ins. These types of commissions usually allow me to try new techniques, so there’s a chance that things may not look like my usual style.

Adult Art Examples

There is no additional fee for NSFW commissions. Reminder to credit “Axelspike” instead of “VexinglyYours” when reposting commissions of this nature.

There is no need to ask if I will draw a specific kink. As long as it’s not listed under my Will Not Draw section, I’m open to drawing it.

Merch Sponsorship Commissions

​

Want to see me do merch of certain characters in media (not OCs)? You can commission me to create the art for the merch AND get 2 free copies of the piece of merch as well! You are allowed to commission me for canon characters outside of this, this is simply if you would like to also support the creation of a piece of merch.

​

These are a special case where you don’t get freedom outside of requesting the character. I decide how I want to draw them.

​

NOTE: You can commission me for art of existing characters outside of this. This is just for sponsoring and funding a physical piece of merchandise.
