What is ISO 9001?

  • A series of standards developed by the International Organization for Standardization for Quality Management Systems.

  • The standard requires companies to identify customer requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.

What is ISO 14001?

  • A series of standards developed by the International Organization for Standardization for Environmental Management Systems.

  • The standard requires companies to identify environmental aspects of their operations and control the aspects so they don’t hurt the environment.

What is ISO 45001?

  • A series of standards developed by the British Standards Institute for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.

  • The standard requires companies to identify health and safety hazards of their operations and control the hazards so they don’t hurt employees and others.

What is R2?

  • Responsible Recycling (R2) – is a set of guidelines to assess electronics recyclers’ environmental, worker health and safety, and security practices.

  • Main focus includes managing end of life focus materials, including batteries, circuit boards, PCBs, CRT glass and mercury devices such as fluorescent tubes.

  • Reuse, Recover, Dispose management strategy for materials.

  • Conduct an QEHS hazards and risk assessment

  • Manage hazards appropriately, including the use of PPE and monitoring/sampling protocols according to OSHA

  • Address all OSHA required plans
