Time is absolute
Issac Newton came with his theory that time and space are absolute.
Time is relative
Afterwards, Albert Einstein developed a new hypothesis which says that time and space are relative.

Time seen from Kant’s perspective�
If our way of conceiving the world as having spatial and temporal extent beyond our perception, before any experiment we impose on reality or this extent of it is a reality in itself.
Time seen from Leibniz’s perspective
His conception of time is that God picks for us the most suitable variant from a multitude of parallel worlds considered as to be perfect.
Time seen from Bergson’s perspective
Bergson thought that our intuition is the key element of understanding the world, to the detriment of intellectualism.
