Advertise-A-Colony Pamphlet

Your Task: Create an advertisement pamphlet for a colony of your choice. Imagine you are going to send this back to Europe to try and convince other Europeans to cross the Atlantic Ocean to join your colony!

​

I have paper and colored pencils! If you want to use other materials, let me know but you may need to supply it yourself.

Your task today:

​

1. Decide which colony you want to advertise for this assignment. Only one student per table should do any certain colony (i.e. since Matthew and Niamae sit at the same table, they can’t both choose Virginia).

​

• Use the new, corresponding regional notes document along with the textbook to find out more about your chosen colony and its place in the region.

Now that you have picked your colony, locate the Regional Textbook Notes assignment on Canvas or the Daily Agenda and make a copy of the one you need.
