  1. Web-to-Lead

  • Web-to-Lead creation (Leads get generated once potential members submit web form with basic information: first name, last name, email address
  • All new Leads are auto-assigned to “New Lead Queue”
  • Lead ownership (has to assign yourself as lead owner and working with the potential member, as soon as you became an owner, these are private to you only)
  • If the member agreed to join the program, please select the program as per member paid/selected, then convert a Lead to Contact/Member
  • As soon as Lead converts to Contact, it creates a task for contact owner to send email to Member about Study Group
