  • Anandamela and Mahalaya preparation on in full swing
  • Temple Operational plan in place
  • All external and local cultural programs are finalized and rehearsal in progress
  • Parking (West Oak Mall) contract done and transportation contract done
  • Police and ground security contract done final operational details are in works
  • Magazine team working on final compilation
  • Tent contract finalized
  • Vendors and Ads collection are on track
  • SLAM - Tech rider received from all program leads and Sound and Light contract are in final stage
  • Requesting everybody to complete the registration by Sept 15 2024 to get “early bird” rate

Election update

Our HDBS members who have qualified to be a Voter in 2024 should have received their documents by now. The Election committee encourages all to take the following actions immediately:�1. Please do not discard the envelope sent by the EC with a return address of HDBS, PO Box number 440280, Houston, TX 77242.�2. Check the contents. You should have received a return-addressed stamped envelope and a nomination form for each spouse (as applicable) and one Instruction sheet.�3. Read the Instructions thoroughly and then complete the nomination form. You can nominate no more than two (2) HDBS members.�4. Please make sure you sign and date the form, have another HDBS voting member second it.�5. Use the pre-addressed stamped envelope to return your nomination form expeditiously such that the EC receives it on or before September 20, 2024. Nomination forms received after September 20, 2024 will not be considered.�
