ATHLETIC EXPECTATIONS

  • MUST KEEP ALL GRADES ABOVE A 70

  • Must be able to attend practices before and after school everyday.

  • Must be able to practice on Saturdays.

  • Must be a role model for all students.

  • Physicals must be completed by a Doctor & turned in to the Southmore Coaches by May 2025 (NO EXCEPTIONS!!!)

  • If not completed/turned in by the end of May 2025, you will not be scheduled into athletics to begin the 2025-2026 school year.

  • Dr. Kirkwood will be at SOUTHMORE sometime late spring to conduct Physicals for 7th graders. There will be a fee to pay for the physical, coaches will send more information as that time gets closer.

  • EVERYONE IN ATHLETICS MUST PAY $10.00 EACH SEMESTER TO COVER LAUNDRY AND UNIFORM RENTAL (FALL & SPRING)

  • PARTICIPATION IN BAND REQUIRES THE PURCHASE OF OR RENTAL OF AN INSTRUMENT / SUPPLIES. Southmore does have a limited supply of musical instruments.
