Accomplished 97.36% with a gain of 4 activities and utilized 91.94% of its fund allocation with 20,000 unutilized fund for Quarter 2.

The UNMET target under this KRA is due to the intervening of higher activities.

However, the 4 gains under this KRA were due to the administration of the Regional Exit Assessment and the National Learning Camp Assessment. Finally, the M&E on the implementation of L&D was also a factor on the 4 identified gains.

The prioritization of higher activities and waiting for the National Memorandum contributed to the unimplementation of the two UNMET activities.

However, the administration of the Regional Assessment and the National Learning Camp Assessment together with the conduct of PHIL-IRI and CLRA for the Oral Reading provided a positive variance under this KRA.
