Booking Policy:

  • All payments are non-refundable/non-exchangeable/non-transferable.

    • Full payment is required in advance to secure the room or space.
    • On-the-spot bookings are subject to availability and operate on a first-paid, first-served basis.
  • For bookings over Rp 500,000:
  • A minimum 50% deposit or full payment is required to confirm. Balance due 4 Days before.
  • Full payment is needed upfront for any meeting space packages and multiple passes.

Add-ons:
