No changes after confirmation. Rescheduling requires reordering the package again.

Booking Policy:

All payments are non-refundable/non-exchangeable/non-transferable.
Pay via Bank Transfer/Credit Card/QRIS (contact admin for details)..
For bookings under Rp 500,000:

Full payment is required in advance to secure the room or space.
On-the-spot bookings are subject to availability and operate on a first-paid, first-served basis.

For bookings over Rp 500,000:
A minimum 50% deposit or full payment is required to confirm. Balance due 4 Days before.
Full payment is needed upfront for any meeting space packages and multiple passes.

Add-ons:

Add-ons like extra hours, equipments, furniture or other packages depend on availability.

House Rules:

No smoking or vaping.
No pets.
Light meals allowed (clean up after use).

Damages or lost property will be charged.
