Who is the organizer?

Kitsy Higgins, founder of Higgins Productions & Promotion, is now in her tenth year as an event organizer. Her latest creation, the Paris Affair, reflects her deep love for Paris, a city she finally visited in October 2023. She has came back and visited many times since. Kitsy is thrilled to bring the charm and essence of Parisian culture to Pittsburgh through this unique event.
