Ways for Students to Get Involved

• Dates: June 11-27 (12 days)
• Time: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
• Location: MVHS
• Purpose: Prepare incoming 9th graders for MVLA's engaging, rigorous high school programs.

Students will:

• Get to know future classmates in a small, supportive environment
• Learn about positive psychology, exploring the scientific aspects of what makes life fulfilling.
• Gain valuable tools such as goal setting and social support.
• Curriculum includes topics like mindfulness, empathy, gratitude, optimism, resilience, and perfectionism.
