Velocity Projects 2024

  • Dimensions 737mm length, 264mm width, 143mm height
  • Ready to drive car weights around 3.1kg (with bigger battery)
  • V-max of this car is theoretically around 110kmh (depends on gear set and motor), we registered V-max with GPS of 75km/h on 3600KV motor and gears 11T+15T, but You need very good quality and long track to do such speed runs
  • Model have fully independent push rod suspension, designed as close to real cars as possible
  • Contains differential which help with handling
  • Active aero for cooling inside parts
  • As close as possible to real F1 car, inspired mainly by RB16b
  • Working aero parts providing downforce at high speeds
  • Sparks from floor plank (if titanium screws are used)
  • Designed for easy replacement broken parts

OPTIONAL parts You might want to use

Velocity Projects 2024

  • Front body lid have 2 versions, one with working S-duct, and one with S-duct cutted out. We suggest to use second one, because S-duct channel might touching Your Shocks rocker screw (depends on Your screws head)
  • You can mount DJI Action 2 camera inside cockpit, in Optional folder is part Camera_Mount which should be screwed to front body
  • If You want sparks from under floor, You need titanium M3x10mm screws with rounded head (link in BOM), screw them to Plank, exact place is on the next page

IMPORTANT INFORMATION STATIONARY MODEL

Velocity Projects 2024

If you want to build a stationary version, first check the PRINT SETTINGS file to find out which parts you need to print (Stationary Model Required column). Then follow the standard step-by-step instruction. If the instruction say to use parts you don't have, that means you don't need them. Also, use the rockers from the STATIONARY_MODEL folder instead of those from the front and rear suspension folder. When you install them, screw them all the way to the end, they need to be firmly attached so the suspension doesn't fall down.
