All banners must be supplied as 3rd party tags or ZIP archives (NB: if ZIP archives are supplied, they need to adhere to either Xandr or GAM HTML5 specs - please reach out to the Ops team to find out more).

If 3rd party tags are being provided, then please allow 2 working days for QA and set up, if Venatus are building, then we require a minimum of 5 working days from receipt of assets, based on the first draft being approved by the client.

Make sure the creative makes it clear where the portal is teleporting to by including the name of the experience. Avoid any text on the bottom right since an “Ads” disclosure will be embedded in the creative.
• Featuring UGC items in the creative can also be used to incentivise users to teleport since we see that many of our Roblox users enjoy collecting items.
• Portals are placed in various experiences with default or custom designs. Consider running multiple creatives to A/B test.
