  • Lots of people in the world are living with a chronic disease
  • If a person has diabetes, according to the WHO they are not healthy.
  • Many factors can affect health:
    • Physical
    • Emotional
    • Mental
    • Social well-being

Illness

Illness can be categorised in many ways:

  • If they are communicable or non-communicable
  • If they are acute or chronic
  • By the part of the body they affect
  • If they are infectious
  • If they are caused by a deficiency
  • If they are genetic

Many things can lead to illness and illness comes in many forms.
