The golden brown color and roasted flavor of turkey is from sugar and proteins react together
The turkey browns faster when its surface is exposed to dry air
To reduce the browning, reduce the sugar and protein or cover the food with foil

White wine is a healthiest of all wines because it fights the heart diseas
Manufacturers have already begun manufacturing healthier white wine that has the same color, taste and aroma of the white wine
