  • Mandate can be expanded through bylaws.

  • Standing communications channel.
  • Links the support units to the Policy Committees.

E&O and the Constitutional Council

  • The Constitutional Council is abolished.
    • Interpretative power was not employed regularly.
  • E&O, modified, takes over the function of the the Constitutional Council.
