Integrity – In pairs ROLE PLAY

Number 1 = you will be you

Number 2 = you will have 3 conversations. Each time assume a different role.

  • As 1 of the children
  • Line manager
  • Parent of a child involved

Scenario:

Number 1 you are walking along the corridor in school and witness 2 children talking very angrily & abusively towards each other. You don’t hear all of the conversation but you can see both children are upset.

Consider… what do you think, what would you say and what would you do?

What does this convey?

How does that reflect upon who you are & demonstrate integrity?

There is a match somewhere in the room (A2; B2 etc.)

Go find that person and introduce yourselves & Share what has been the hardest thing so far in your probation journey….

Consider..

What first impressions am I leaving?

How do I convey respect?

How do I build trust?
