Our company is dedicated to the R & D of harmless treatment technologies for kitchen and food waste as well as the manufacturing of related equipment. The main principle is a new type of environmental protection technology that completely decomposes the daily biodegradable kitchen and food waste by adding high-temperature compound microbial strains under a certain temperature range (75 - 85℃).
The company combines advanced screening and culturing technologies of microorganisms both at home and abroad to select high-temperature compound microbial strains with strong vitality and reproductive ability in nature. These strains secrete highly active enzyme systems such as proteases and lipases to the outside of the cells. After coming into contact with the organic waste, the enzymatic hydrolysis occurs, gradually breaking down the main components such as fruit and vegetable fibers, proteins, fats and other high-molecular substances into substances like carbon dioxide and water.

The automatic sorting device can not only separate out hard substances and sundries such as cola bottle caps and bones in the materials, but also separate out flexible sundries such as plastic bags, hand towels, and rags in the materials.
Oil-water separator
The method for separating oil and water from kitchen waste adopts a three-phase horizontal screw oil-water centrifuge. Through the three-phase separation of oil, water, and residue, the content of vegetable oil in the discharged wastewater is far lower than the tertiary standard (30mg/L) in the "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard". This wastewater can also enter the self-built sewage treatment pond. The primary grease can be obtained through the three-phase separator and can be further processed or transported for treatment externally.
The waste gas recycling deodorization and energy-saving device realizes the increase of the internal temperature of the degradation chamber by absorbing the heat of the hot and humid air and transferring it to the inside of the degradation chamber. This device consists of a deodorization catalyst compressor, a heat exchanger (internal unit), a throttle, a cooling fan, a deodorizer and other devices, forming a circulating system.
The drip bucket is made of brand-new polyethylene material with a fiberglass reinforced plastic liner inside. The liner is 3mm thick, which is anti-corrosive and anti-collision. There is a stainless steel filter screen with a flip cover for cleaning built in at the bottom. There are two rubber round wheels at the bottom, and a water leakage valve is designed at the same time, making the operation simple and convenient. The effective volume is approximately 0.1 cubic meters. The external dimensions are: 560mm × 480mm × 950mm, and the weight is approximately 17kg.

Resource utilization of raw materials for residual organic fertilizers.
1. Direct Application Method:
Mix the raw materials of organic fertilizer and soil evenly in a ratio of 1:15 (one part of fertilizer to fifteen parts of soil), and then directly apply it at a depth of 10 cm below the soil surface.
2. Storage and Composting Method:
Dig a pit on an open space, then bury the raw materials of organic fertilizer at a depth of 20 cm below the soil surface. Let it stand for 15 - 20 days before using it.
3. Precautions for Use:
When used as a soil conditioner, it cannot be directly spread on the soil surface.
4. Benefits of Microbial Fertilizers in Environmental Protection
Utilizing the specific functions of microorganisms to decompose and ferment municipal solid waste, agricultural and pastoral wastes to produce microbial fertilizers is an economically feasible and effective way. It has solved the problems of urban kitchen waste and the appearance of the city. It effectively reduces the secondary pollution of kitchen waste to the environment.
(1) Improving Soil Nutrients
The effective bacteria in microbial fertilizers can promote the dissolution and release of insoluble nutrients in the soil, enhancing the supply capacity of soil nutrients. The extracellular polysaccharide substances secreted by the effective bacteria act as a binder for soil aggregate structure, which can strengthen the soil aggregate structure, loosen the soil, improve soil permeability and water and nutrient retention capabilities, increase soil organic matter, activate the potential nutrients in the soil, and improve the supply status of nutrients in the soil.
(2) Reducing the Amount of Chemical Fertilizers Used
In February 2015, the Ministry of Agriculture issued the "Action Plan for Zero Growth of Chemical Fertilizer Use by 2020", pointing out that chemical fertilizers have played an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of grain and agricultural production. However, at present, there are problems such as excessive and blind application of chemical fertilizers, which have brought about increased costs and environmental pollution. There is an urgent need to improve fertilization methods, increase fertilizer utilization rates, reduce unreasonable inputs, ensure the effective supply of major agricultural products such as grain, and promote the sustainable development of agriculture.
With the advent of the new era of "reducing chemical fertilizers and increasing efficiency", bio-organic fertilizers, by virtue of their advantages such as being able to improve the utilization rate of chemical fertilizers, reducing the amount of chemical fertilizers used, improving soil quality, improving the quality of crops, and alleviating heavy metal pollution, will play a more extensive role in the new era of reducing chemical fertilizers and increasing efficiency.
The residues can be used as organic fertilizers, meeting the standards of "Organic Fertilizers" (NY 525 - 2012 5.7).
