Definition

  • It is sometimes referred to as a ‘project management plan’ (PMP). It sets out the approach/plan for managing a project.
  • The project execution plan (PEP) is a comprehensive roadmap detailing the scope, objectives, schedule, resource allocation, communication strategy, and risk management measures for delivering a construction project.
  • The PEP integrates client expectations, contractual requirements, technical standards, and statutory obligations, serving as a single reference for all team members and stakeholders.
