A. Jaringan Meristem

• Jaringan Meristem adalah jaringan yang sel-sel nya aktif membelah.
• Berdasarkan asal terbentuknya, jaringan meristem dikelompokkan menjadi 2 macam yaitu ;
• Jaringan meristem primer dan meristem sekunder. Jaringan meristem primer adalah jaringan padatumbuhan dewasa yang sel-sel nya aktif membelah. Terletak pada ujung batang dan ujung akar. Sedangkan jaringan meristem sekunder adalah jaringan yang berasal dari jaringan dewasa yang sudah berhenti pertumbuhannya. Terletak di antara Xilem dan Floem.
• Berdasarkan posisinya jaringan meristem dibagi menjadi 3 yaitu ;
• Pertama Meristem apikal, yang terletak pada ujung akar dan ujung batang. Yang berfungsi selalu melakukan pertumbuhan dan perpanjangan pada akar dan batang.
• Kedua Meristem Interkaler/Aksiler,yang terletak antara meristem primer dan meristem sekunder. Berfungsi untuk mempercepat perkembangan batang,sehingga terbentuk bunga.
• Ketiga Meristem Lateral, yang terletak sejajar dengan permukaan batang dan akar. Contoh kambium pembuluh (vaskuler) dan kambium gabus (kolagen). Berfungsi melakukan pertumbuhan primer pada batang dan akar yang semakin membesar.

Yaitu jaringan yang bersifat non meristematik atau tidak aktif membelah, yang berasal dari jaringan meristem primer dan sekunder.

Berdasarkan fungsinya jaringan dewasa dibedakan menjadi 5 yaitu jaringan pelindung (Epidermis), jaringan dasar(Parenkim), jaringan penyokong, jaringan pengankut (Vaskuler) dan jaringan Sekretori.

Jaringan pelindung (Epidermis) jaringan yang tersusun dari lapisan sel yang menutupi permukaan organ tumbuhan , c/; Akar, Batang,Daun,buah dan Biji. Berfungsi melindungi bagian dalam tumbuhan dari segala pengaruh luar.

Sel epidermis dapat bermodifikasi menjadi alat-alat tumbuhan lain disebut derivat epidermis, yaitu stomata (Mulut daun), Trikoma (Rambut-rambut), Emergensia, dan Spina (Duri).

Jaringan Dasar (Parenkim) jaringan yang terbentuk dari sel-sel hidup yang terdapat disetiap bagian organ. Berfungsi sebagai penyimpanan makanan (buah & biji), sebagai tempat ftosintesis (daun), dan untukmenyimpan makanan dan air ( Akar )

Berdasarkan fungsinya terbagimenjadi 6 yaitu ; �Parenkim Asimilasi (Pembuata zat-zat makanan dengan cara fotosintesis) Parenkim Penimbun Parenkim air, Parenkim Udara, parenkim pengankut danparenkim penutup luka.

Jaringan Permanen (Jaringan Dewasa)

Jaringan Penyokong (Penguat). Jaringan yang menunjang bentuk tubuh tumbuhan. Berfungsi menegakkan batang dan menguatkan daun.�Berdasarkan bentuk dan sifatnya dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu jaringan Kolenkim danjaringan Sklerenkim.

• Jaringan Kolenkim, jaringan penguat padaorgantumbuhan yang masih aktif membelah melakukan perkembangan dan pertumbuhan. Terdapat pada organ batang, daun, bunga,buah dan akar.

• Jaringan sklerenkim,jaringan penguat pada organ tumbuhan yang sudah berhenti melakukan pertumbuhan. Terdapat pada serabut (Serat) dan sklereid (sel batu).

Jaringan pengangkut (Vaskuler) �jaringan yang berfungsi mengangkut air dan garam-garam mineral, serta zat makanan hasil fotosintesis. Jaringan pengankut adalah xilem dan floem .

• Xilem ;Mengankut air dan garam-garam mineral dari akar menuju daun dan keseluruh tumbuhan.�Floem; Mengankut hasil fotosintesis dari daun keseluruh tumbuhan. �(Jaringanyang terletak antara xilem dan floem disebut jaringan konjungtif. a

Jaringan Sekretori, �jaringan yang berfungsi sebagai tempat pengeluaran senyawa-senyawa dari dalam tumbuhan seperti air, mineral, lendir, getah, minyak dan lemak.

Berdasarkan bentuknya jaringan dasar dibagi menjadi 4 yaitu ; Parenkim Palisade, Parenkim bunga karang,Parenkim bintang, Parenkim Lipatan,

• Akar , dibagi 2 yaitu akar primer (Sejak embrio sampai tumbuhan mati), dan akar Sekunder (Muncul dari batang, daun danjaringan lain.)
• Akar terdiri dari ; Tudung akar , yang terletak pada ujung akar,membantu pennetrasi akar yang tumbuh ke dalam tanah. Epidermis, sel-selyang berdinding tipis terletak pada lapisan luar. Korteks, yaitu kulit pada akar. Lapisan terdalam korteks disebut Endodermis, dan Lapisan Terluar disebut Eksodermis. Stele, Terdapat pada bagian dalam endodermis.
• Batang, berfungsi menopang daun, bunga dan buah.
• Bagian batang tempat munculnya daun disebut nodus, dan bagian dua buku disebut ruas (internodus).
• Batang terdiri dari Epidermis, Korteks, dan Stele (Silinder pusat).
• Daun, berfungsi sebagai tempat fotosintesis.
• Daun terdiri dari epidermis, Mesofil, jaringan pengangkut yg pada daun terletak pada tulang daun, jaringan penguat berupa kolenkim dan sklerenkim, jaringan sekretori.

Perbedaan Anatomi Tumbuhan Monokotil dengan Dikotil

• ��Titipotensi merupakan kemampuan setiap seltumbuhan untuk tumbuh menjadi individu baru yang sempurna.�

Sifat Totipotensi dan Kultur Jaringan

​

• Kultur jaringan adalah perbanyakan tanaman dengan cara mengisolasi bagian tanaman (seperti jaringan akar, batang, daun, dan mata tunas), kemudian menumbuhkannya dengan media buatan yang kaya nutrisi dan zat pengatur tumbuh (hormon) secara sterildalam wadah tertutupyang tembus cahaya. �

Jenis kultur jaringan

Meristem culture ; yaitu teknik kultur jaringan menggunakan eksplan dari jaringan muda atau meristem

Pollen/Anther culture; menggunakan eksplan dari serbuk sari atau benang sari.

Protoplast culture; menggunakan eksplan dari protoplasma (Sel hidup yang telah dihilangkan seldindingnya)

Chloroplast culture; menggunakan eksplan kloroplas untuk tujuan perbaikan sifat tanaman dengan membuat varietes baru.

Somatic cross; Silangan Protoplasma, yang menyilangkan dua macam protoplasma menjadi satu,kemudian di budidayakan menjadi tanaman baru.

Sterilisasi, Segala kegiatan kultur jaringan harus dilakukan dengan steril.

Teknik Kultur Jaringan

Pembuatan Media ,media yang diguanakan adalah garammineral, vitamin, hormon, agar-agar dan gula.

Insiasi, Pengambilan eksplan dari bagian tanaman yang akan dikultur yaitu tunas.

Multiplikasi, Kegiatan memperbanyak calon tanaman dengan menanam eksplan pada mdia pot, tanah atau rak.

Pengakaran, Fase saat ekspan akan menunjukan adanya pertumbuhan akar.
