STOP Strategy:
Everybody has big feelings. Big feelings can be hard to control.
We can use strategies to help us manage our big feelings, and to calm down.
The video shared a strategy called STOP. (stop, think, observe, proceed)
Using this STOP strategy can help us pause and think before we act.
Let’s practice this strategy together.
