How do I add it from my drive?

*Click Add

Step 1:

-Go to your Drive

-Find the document, file or video that you want to add to GC

Step 3:

-Right click over the document, file or video and click share.

Step 4:

-Click at the bottom where it says Change link to Canton ISD.

Step 5:

-Change it to Anyone with the link.

-Highlight the link and either right click it to copy it or choose copy link.

-Click Done

-Go back to GC and this is where you will paste the link.

Is the student logged in?

-Sometimes parents try to login under their email so it will not work to get into GC.

Clever, Clever, Clever

-If you are using student platforms such as Istation, BrainPop, etc. be sure to have them go through Clever. This is a single sign on system that will make their life so much easier.
