    • Energy conversion (Inglis, Jeffrey)
    • Energy transport (Musset, Rivera)
    • Unified systems science (Chen, Hayes)
    • Plasma physics throughout the universe (Veronig, Vievering)

Non-plenary morning & afternoon sessions with tutorials, posters, and early-career presentations

  • Tutorials: Data/software for STIX, XRT, EOVSA, MinXSS; SunPy; spectroscopy in IDL (OSPEX) and Python; imaging in IDL and Python

  • Posters: in-person and online
    • Europe: Tuesday, 12 July, 13:30–15:30 CEST
    • US: Wednesday, 13 July, 15:30–17:00 MDT
    • Posters can be up all week (and online in PDF)

The interactive hybrid format will require your help to function smoothly!

Two in-person locations (~30 people each) and ~100 people online!

  • All sessions broadcast via Zoom, and recorded
  • Please ensure your name is set accurately in Zoom
  • Please raise hands (in Zoom and in person) to queue to speak
  • Please enable your camera (if comfortable) to increase engagement!
  • Please mute your mic at all times except when speaking
  • Please be respectful of everyone attending

  • All sessions broadcast via Zoom, and recorded
  • In-person: projectors display Zoom, everyone sees the same thing!
  • Presenters in person – log into Zoom and share screen the way you would as if you were online
    • Ensure audio (speakers and mic) are muted to prevent echo
  • Presenters online – share via Zoom as normal
    • Ensure audio is NOT muted!

  • Poster sessions will NOT be recorded
  • In-person and online poster sessions are simultaneous
  • In-person posters will not be broadcast (but will be on website!)
  • Online poster session will use Zoom breakout rooms
    • Each poster has a breakout room, presenter shares PDF in Zoom
    • Visitors move from room to room to view posters, as desired
    • Presenters can open a 2nd Zoom app/browser to visit other posters
