Joy the Sign of the Evangelist
افرحوا في الرب كل حين و اقول ايضا افرحوا. ليكن حلمكم معروفا عند جميع الناس الرب قريب. لا تهتموا بشيء بل في كل شيء بالصلاة و الدعاء مع الشكر لتعلم طلباتكم لدى الله. (في 4 : 4 ـ 6)
Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!. Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord [is] at hand. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;. (PHP 4 : 4 – 6)

Why is joyfulness the sign of an evangelist?
1- صاحب الخبر السار
1- He is the conveyer of the good news
و كيف يكرزون ان لم يرسلوا كما هو مكتوب ما اجمل اقدام المبشرين بالسلام المبشرين بالخيرات (رو 10 : 15)
And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: "How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!" (Rom 10 : 15)
2- ممتلىء بالروح القدس
Filled with the Holy Spirit
و اما ثمر الروح فهو محبة فرح سلام طول اناة لطف صلاح ايمان (غل 5 : 22)
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, (Gal 5 : 22)

3 ـ يشارك المسيح فى رسالته
3- Participating with Christ in His mission
كما ارسلتني الى العالم ارسلتهم انا الى العالم (يو 17 : 18)
"As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world (Joh 17 : 18)

4 – منتظر الأجر السماوي
4- Awaiting the heavenly reward
كلمتكم بهذا لكي يثبت فرحي فيكم و يكمل فرحكم (يو 15 : 11)
"These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and [that] your joy may be full (Joh 15 : 11)

5 – يحب ما يعمله 5- Loves what he is doing
و لكنني لست احتسب لشيء و لا نفسي ثمينة عندي حتى اتمم بفرح سعيي و الخدمة التي اخذتها من الرب يسوع لاشهد ببشارة نعمة الله (اع 20 : 24)
"But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God

الفرح يعطي طاقة للإحتمال وطاقة للإستمرار
Joy gives the person an ability of tolerance
And an ability of continuity
لا تحزنوا لان فرح الرب هو قوتكم (نح 8 : 10)
Do not sorrow, for the joy of the LORD is your strength" (Neh 8 : 10)
الفرح فى ذاته .. كرازة للحزانى
Joyfulness in itself is evangelism for the sorrowful people
كارز فرحان .. يدعو لكنيسة فرحانة .. والنهاية فرح أبدي
A joyful evangelist inviting people to a joyful church that has an eternal joyfulness
لا تحزنوا لان فرح الرب هو قوتكم (نح 8 : 10)
Do not sorrow, for the joy of the LORD is your strength" (Neh 8 : 10)

بل قدسوا الرب الاله في قلوبكم مستعدين دائما لمجاوبة كل من يسالكم عن سبب الرجاء الذي فيكم بوداعة و خوف

But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always [be] ready to [give] a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear; (1Pe 3 : 15)

قلة المحبة Less capacity of love

How can an evangelist keep his joyfulness ?
افرحوا كل حين صلوا بلا انقطاع. اشكروا في كل شيء لان هذه هي مشيئة الله في المسيح يسوع من جهتكم. لا تطفئوا الروح.(1تس 5 : 16 – 19)
Rejoice always, pray without ceasing,. in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. Do not quench the Spirit. (1Th 5 : 16 – 19)

How can an evangelist keep his joyfulness ?
فرحين في الرجاء صابرين في الضيق مواظبين على الصلاة (رو 12 : 12)
rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer; (Rom 12 : 12)

هوذا ما احسن وما احلى ان يسكن الأخوة معاً ، كالطيب الكائن على الراس الذى ينزل على اللحية

الق على الرب همك فهو يعولك لا يدع الصديق يتزعزع الى الابد (مز 55 : 22)
Cast your burden on the LORD, And He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved (Psa 55 : 22)

How can an evangelist keep his joyfulness ?
لتسكن فيكم كلمة المسيح بغنى و انتم بكل حكمة معلمون و منذرون بعضكم بعضا بمزامير و تسابيح و اغاني روحية بنعمة مترنمين في قلوبكم للرب (كو 3 : 16)
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord (Col 3 : 16)
