Usernames and Passwords are issued by Data Management. Email datamanagementteam@jpschools.org to request your login credentials.

1. Usernames are not case sensitive.

2. Passwords are case sensitive and cannot be changed.

3. Select a database from the drop down list:

a. “Live” - refers to current active data.

The top portion of the screen will be white/gray in color

b. “Training” - Practice Mode ONLY (will not affect active data).

The top portion of the screen will be red/pink in color

4. Click the Login Button.

Note: For security reasons, DO NOT save usernames and

passwords on computers and laptops.

  1. Students’ pictures are displayed. Click on their picture to directly access their

Student Demographic page.

  • Customize your display by using the “Show Me” feature (also see slide 30)
  • Quickly view key student information using the icons feature
  • Hover over and click specific icons under student names to view detailed

information, including health plans, 504 plans, Sped records, and more.

If the student is skipping, select (in the out column) “71 U Period Absent”. If the student arrives late, select “14 U Tardy to Class.” - See next slide for directions on how to switch codes.

Suggested Reports in Classroom

Starting at Reports:

Attendance > Print Attendance Log This report will generate a grid sheet for taking attendance and can be printed for a substitute teacher. It can be printed with and without dates and serve as a generic student check-off sheet.

Grades > Detailed Progress Report This report will generate detailed progress reports for students. This is a great report to give parents during a conference.

Grades > Term Grades Report > All Student Projected This report is best used in the fourth nine weeks to predict whether a child will pass or fail for the year.

Roster > Grade Log Similar to the Attendance Log.

Roster > Test Scores by Roster Use to view/analyze student standardized test scores.

Charts > Categories Use to determine if you are meeting the minimum number of required assignments in accordance with JPS Pupil Progression Plan.

  • Click “Delete browsing data..”

  • Review the checked boxes and click the “Delete Data” button.
