Team-based approach with opportunities for individual growth and development
Focus on equity-centered, localized problems of practice
Monthly Leadership Academies
Monthly Regional PLC’s
Summer and Winter Leadership Institutes
1-1 Coaching for team leads

New Program Opportunities:

Team-based stipend

Expected stipend: $10,000 per team
Can be used to defray program implementation costs

Equity training conference for team lead

Value = approx. $2,500
Expected dates: Sept. 17-19 & Oct. 26-28
