BUILD A TEAM
To throw a great pizza party, we need to find the local crypto community, whether online or in person.
Contact the organizers or admins of any events or groups within an hour or so of your city and ask if they want to co-host the pizza party.
If they don’t know much about PizzaDAO, show them this short documentary or Laszlo’s Intro to PizzaDAO.

Search combinations of “bitcoin”, “blockchain”, “web3”, “ethereum”, “nft”, “meetup”, “crypto”, and your city to find local communities on google, eventbrite, twitter, meetup, and facebook. Don’t be afraid to ask your friends or social media for help connecting the dots! If you’re really struggling, drop by PizzaDAO's discord for help or get in touch with your underboss. |

CREATE YOUR BUDGET SHEET
Easily track and manage your expenses and sponsors with our party budget template. Once you’ve made one for your event, link it to your city’s name in the cities spreadsheet.
Locate your city’s folder in the cities folder and add needed information before and after your event. If your city doesn’t have a folder, create one.
Use our invoice template to send professional invoices or have your sponsors fill out our sponsor form and our payments team will take care of it.
Fill out your post-event form with photos of all receipts.

FINDING YOUR
PARTY VENUE
A pizzeria, public space, or co-working space are great places for a first year meet-up that you can likely secure for free. Track venue options in your organizing sheet.
If this is your first time, aim for 25-75 guests. If you’re a seasoned pro, let's talk numbers and take this to the next level, capiche?

Find a space that classically represents your part of the world. When people see the photos, they gotta feel like it's a party that represents our global famiglia. If you have more momentum and community support, try for a more epic location like a famous local landmark! |

FIND PARTNERS TO HELP PAY FOR THE PARTY
We’ll pay for up to $625 of pizza for your party. if you’re throwing a big party you’ll need extra funding, connect with local blockchain companies and use our Sponsor Menu to make a deal. All details are negotiable - make your partners an offer they can’t refuse and track them in your budget sheet.
Tell your potential sponsors about your community partners and your venue. They’ll be more interested to participate if you have lots of local interest or opportunities for great photos.

PROVIDING THE
PIZZA & DRINKS

Pace out the pizza and bevs to ensure you can keep the party rollin’ all night long. A pizza delivery every 45 minutes is a good place to start. |
There needs to be enough food and drinks for everyone so keep a watchful eye to restock as needed. You can estimate that a large pizza (16”+) feeds 3-4 people, and that a Neapolitan style (around 12”) feeds about 1.5 people per pizza.
Two drinks per person should be plenty. Water has to be available. Make a big stack of your empty pizza boxes so people can take photos with it!

We’re known for big piles of empty pizza boxes, red and white checkered tablecloths, noggles, DOGE masks, and live art at our parties. Bring your own local flavor to the event!

Set the right mood with Pizza Collection. This music is perfect on shuffle for the first hour or two while people arrive and get comfortable.
Halfway through the party, announcement time! Welcome everyone and introduce sponsors and special guests.
Then back to the party! Throw on the community mixtape, then hand it over to any DJs we may be working with or throw Pizza Collection back on.

Sending out a survey or feedback form through email or social media is a good idea, so you can identify what worked and what didn't.
