"An influencer is an entity capable of exerting influence and shaping consumer opinions in the digital environment—be it a minor individual or an object, a virtual entity (such as an animal, mascot, digital character, or avatar)—who/which, either as an occasional or permanent partner or as a dedicated brand ambassador, creates and shares online content on their own website, social media platform, video-sharing site, or any other online platform.
