POSTER INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Download the IAMSM TEMPLATE and familiarize yourself with its structure before filling out each section. This pavilion contains the minimum sections for works of this nature and aims to standardize the structure, but not the design or the information contained in it.

  • Please respect all the sections indicated in the template (Title, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusions, Bibliography and Acknowledgements), but in case you want to give more emphasis to a particular section, you are free to modify the size of the area allocated to one section to increase that of another.

  • Don't forget to include the code assigned to your work in the indicated area.

  • The template is provided in PowerPoint (PPT) although you can use any other design program, as long as you comply with the design sections mentioned in point 2 and the size of the poster (Width: 90 x Height: 120 cm).

  • Remember that the core part of a scientific work is its results and scientific contribution, so it is recommended to include graphs, photographs and tables with high resolution (readable on a standard monitor).

  • All poster works must be installed in the screens of the exhibition hall at the time and day assigned to the corresponding category. One of the authors must be present at the time corresponding to the category for interaction with other participants and with the evaluators of the works. At the end of the exhibition, the authors must remove the poster, since the organizing committee will not be responsible for works forgotten in the rooms.

Sincerely,

Scientific committee
