Culture

Fasting will take place in Ramadan from sunrise to sunset. Usually, muslims welcome Ramadan by celebrating before it begins, by gathering, dressing up traditionally, dancing, exchanging presents and money, and eating special food. These practices take place in Eid Al-Fitr/Al-Adha as well. Muslims fast during the month of Ramadan, to practice self discipline, patience, and social responsibility. Eid comes after Ramadan, which is the reward of all the hard work during ramadan.
