Common Issues
Common Issues
For other Error Codes:
Error Code | Possible Causes | The Fix |
2002 | Objects detected in Step 1 | Remove any objects in the scanner (including the CalibKit) during Step 1 |
2101 | Sensor view is obstructed | Please check if the USB cable inside the pillar is blocking the sensor’s views and make sure the black covers on the pillars are free from dust and fingerprints on both sides. |
2102 | ||
2103 | Sensor angle Anomaly | Make sure you’ve run the Connectivity Tests and that the sensors are pushed all the way down its slot |
2201 | Depth Image Anomaly | 1. Please check if there is any STRONG external light source, ex: sun shine 2. Please check if there are any USB cables or fingerprints obstructing the sensor’s views 3. Please check if the markers on the top panel of CalibKit are damaged 4. Check all of the above and restart Calibration steps. |
Common Issues
For other Error Codes:
Error Code | Possible Causes | The Fix |
2202 | | Please make sure the CalibKit is stably placed in the center and not wobbling during the calibration (i.e. Avoid strong airflow from overhead vent. Turn off the air conditioner for just for calibration phase) |
2203 | ||
2301 | | Affected sensors: xa-ya and xb-yb (ie. C-2, see reference diagram below) Check the specific sensors for fingerprints/dusts and rerun Calibration |
