Reminders

Participant leaves of absence must be reported immediately.
New childcare referrals should only be submitted when training is within 30 days.
To remain active with childcare, participants must complete monthly check-ins with case managers at least every 30 days. This must be notated in SYNC.

Summertime!

If attending summer training or enrolled for Fall: Add dates of term to SYNC notes.

If children need to be added to daycare: Have participant contact rtw.help@sanantonio.gov. Unauthorized children will not be covered.
