How Do I Know If I Should Sign Up?

  • Each meet has a meet announcement, which tells you everything you need to know about the meet.

​

Each meet also has a Family Meet Sheet that is updated prior to and during the meet with ALL important information that pertains to the meet.

​

  • If their age group is offered for the meet, it would be a great idea to declare them. The more meets they participate in, the more experience they will get..

​

  • If a swimmer is signed up for a meet that the coaches feel they are not ready for, or they don’t qualify for, we will notify you.

​

  • You can choose your swimmer’s events, or the coaches can help select events for the swimmers.

​

Please add a note in for each meet. Let the coaches know which days your swimmer plans to attend, events they are interested in swimming, etc.

  • The may not “qualify” for ALL meets.

  • If you receive an email or see on the newsletter that a meet is coming up follow these steps:

On the Computer

Here is how to complete the process on the computer.

Step # 1

  • Go to the Emmaus Aquatic Club website and get logged in.

  • Click “More Events”.

​

  • Find the meet you are looking for.

​

  • Click on the meet name.

  • Now you need to accept or decline the meet.
  • You can do this from two different screens.

​

​

Remember that ALL EMAC swimmers are auto committed go ALL EMAC meets.

​

If you CAN’t attend, you need to go in and decline the meet.

  • Click the member you wish to declare for the event.

  • Have something to tell us? Put a note in!
  • Ex. My swimmer can only swim on Saturday.

One thing to note…

  • If your swimmer has been entered into a meet and you need to decline, sometimes, if we have approved the entries already, it won’t let you.

Important reminders!!!

  • Once the registration deadline passes for a meet, this means that our entries have been submitted.

​

  • This also means that no changes can be made to our entries.

​

  • You will be charged for any entries that have been submitted.
