My Idea: The Ski Base Repair Gun

  • Hot Glue Gun modified to fit sticks of base material
  • Simple attachment to the glue intake
  • Could be machined or 3-D Printed
  • Carefully releases base material exactly where needed

Why Is It A Good Idea?

  • Significantly safer than traditional base-repair method
  • Cheaper than similar repair gun prototypes
  • Proven to work through testing
  • Environmentally friendly compared to traditional method

Business Model

  • Can be sold to both ski shops and DIY consumers
  • Easy and affordable access
  • Safer to do at home
  • Reduces price of shop repairs
