How to get 40 points
Food Points
A serving is roughly the size of your fist.
Example:
Large Honey Nut Cheerios (Grain) | 1 point grain, 1 point large |
Milk (Dairy) | 2 points |
Green Smoothie (Vegi) | 2 points |
Scrambled Eggs (Protein) | 2 points |
Orange (Fruit) | 2 points |
