Interviewer Responsibilities

  • Be on time. Don’t wait for the previous session to end, and wrap up your questions with a few minutes before the end of your time.
  • Complete feedback on the correct form, Sales,- immediately following your interview, and before deliberating with any other interviewees
  • Attend the feedback session
  • If you have a scheduling conflict, notify the hiring manager before the day of the interview.
