The French flag is blue, white and red. The flag was adopted in 1790. The only difference was
that in 1790 the flags
colours were reversed.

School life
You have to start school by the age of 6 even though many parents send their children around the age of 3 to a nursery school. Primary schools usually has one or two teachers who teach french, maths and science just to name a few.
Secondary schools is divided into two schools.
The collège for four years after primary.
The lycèe for the next 3 years.This leads to the baccalaurèat you are usually 18 at the end of school and you can enter university if you want.

French is the spoken language of France.
Roman Catholic is the main Religion of france but Islam,Judaism,Buddhism are also religious beliefs.
French people love to eat frog legs, snails, cheese, oysters and they love bread, olive oil and croissant. They also love wine with their main meals.

They also produce aircrafts, cars and pharmaceuticals. People in france work 14,076 hours in a year, a good education is important. People retire at 62 years of age, both men and women.
