I love to encourage people and to help them think things through. I listen, and if necessary, I am willing to gently challenge a person’s perspective to help them look at things with fresh eyes..

I have had a wide variety of experiences, including living in several other countries and working with people of many nationalities. I appreciate differences in personalities. I am comfortable interacting with many different types of people.

Having been in SIL and Wycliffe for many years has provided me with a broad perspective in relating to people who have had diverse experiences. My training and experience in education, linguistics, translation, career development (including many assessments), adult learning principles, coaching, team development and team coaching also help inform my interactions in coaching.

My husband and I have three sons that God gave us through adoption.
