CCSU Strategic Plan

Vision Statement: Graduates of CCSU are confident and compassionate and equipped with the skills to think critically, foster creativity, and build meaningful relationships. They are prepared to lead, innovate, and have a positive impact on their communities.

Our three main goals are:

  1. CCSU will strengthen its culture so that schools are places where all people want to be.
  2. CCSU will become a sought after place for talented and caring professionals, so that students are supported by the most dedicated and skilled educators possible.
  3. CCSU will cement its position as a highly effective union of schools, so that every student receives equitable and high quality education across all campuses.
